Change a penalty relating to child abuse.

Description:

LB984 will change child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury from a class III to a class II felony. This will allow more discretion in prosecution and sentencing of individuals who commit child abuse.

Indefinitely postponed April 14, 2010.
