| Description: |
Require the operation of a crisis, information, and referral service staffed 24-hours each day by trained behavioral health personnel for each behavioral health region. The Dept. of Health and Human Services would be required to collect and maintain data concerning the number of persons utilizing this service in each behavioral health region, along with the type and efficacy of such services. |
