Provide a membership requirement for State Forster Care Review Board members

Description:

LB 929 requires members of the State Foster Care Review Board, prior to their appointment, to disclose “any and all funding he or she or his or her employer receives from the Department of Health and Human Services.”  LB 929 adds a provision that members of the board and employers of those members shall not receive any funds from the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services after appointment to the board.
