Donate
The Center for People in Need welcomes donations. We accept online, cash and check donations as well as in-kind donations of items our clients and the non-profit agencies we serve need. A link to PayPal is on the right side of this page to conveniently pay by credit card. Other donations can be sent or hand delivered to the Center for People in Need, 3901 N. 27th St. Unit 1, Lincoln, NE 68521.
We are a United Way agency. For those interested in donating through United Way, our code is 4175.
In support of our mission we:
- Increase the capacity of other human services agenices that are providing for the social and economic needs of low-income families.
- Provide emergency, basic needs of families through delivery of direct services.
- Actively advocate for systemic changes in local, county, state and federal government.
- Implement creative means of service delivery to disadvantaged families
- Support educational and job skills training opportunities for low-income workers.
